Spent Christmas in a charming establishment. the reception staff were exceptional, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. the rooms were tastefully decorated and most importantly, clean. A highlight was the sumptuous breakfast buffet spread with an assortment of flavorful dishes. the location was convenient as it was nearby the mall and transport.

The lack of consistency with cleanliness was apparent. Some areas lacked attention to detail, like the kitchen utensils and certain amenities in the bathroom.

I was impressed with their prompt response to a minor issue with my room lock, as they quickly moved me to a spacious suite at no extra cost. The level of comfort provided was exceptional, and I felt like I was at home. The hotel's convenient location and beautiful surroundings, with flowers adorning the exterior, added to the overall positive experience.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could benefit from improvement. the bath tub was small and resulted in water spilling over while bathing.
